Huichuan frequency converter MD520 reports E009.1 undervoltage fault
Reason for malfunction:
1. A5-06 Set undervoltage point. More fault causes can be self diagnosed by connecting the frequency converter to the WiFi module through a mobile app, which can assist users in quickly locating the cause of the fault.
2. Instantaneous power outage
3. The input voltage of the frequency converter is not within the range required by the specifications
4. Input phase loss and high output power
5. The undervoltage point is set too high
6. Inverter model setting error
7. Abnormal rectifier bridge, buffer resistor, driver board, and control board
Solution:
1. If there is no active load (gravity load, tension load, etc.), overvoltage suppression can be activated. VF is F9-59, and vector control is enabled by the first bit (bit0) VdcMin of AB-25 (first motor parameter).
2. Adjust the voltage to the normal range.
3. Ensure that the input power grid is functioning properly.
4. If the undervoltage point is set too high, please lower it appropriately.
5. Set the correct frequency converter model.
6. Seeking technical support.
